Today we took a look at the 50 year old house of the Verdoes Family. Uipkes Wood Flooring has carried out an impressive staircase renovation here. The old staircase was stripped of its old layers of paint and glue residue, and instead beautiful oak steps and risers were installed in a warm brown-black color. Preparation

The slats and bottom of the steps are painted black. This creates a nice contrast between the dark steps and the light trees, the cracked slats are less noticeable due to the black color.
