Dry construction system

With dry underfloor heating the pipes are not located in a cast screed floor. Instead, the pipes are embedded in special insulated, preformed plates made of polystyrene or gypsum fiber, which are placed on top of the screed. This ensures easy installation of the heating pipes.

Wet construction system

This system uses pipes with hot water and is often used in new-build apartments. The system requires a minimum coverage of 3 cm above the underfloor heating pipes and can be combined with different types of screeds such as sand cement, anhydrite or wood magnesite.

Milled floor System

With this system, slots are milled in the screed into which the heating pipes are placed. It is an efficient way to distribute heat and is often used in combination with wooden floors.

Electric Underfloor heating

This system can consist of electric mats, cables or heating foil (infrared). It is easy to install and has a fast warm-up time.
